1. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders are processed within 24 working hours of confirmation.
Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 24 hours.
Made-to-order products are dispatched within 7–10 business days, unless stated otherwise.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high order volumes, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 2–3 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors such as weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.
All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners and delivered to the address provided at checkout.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product, packaging, and delivery location.
Prepaid shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable in case of returns.
Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional fee and order value limits.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Preferre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier partner.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local authorities and the courier service.
9. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
In case of multiple-item orders, we may hold dispatch until all items are available. If delays occur, we will notify you.
10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
