Returns & Exchange Policy
At Preferre, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured return and exchange process.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Certain products (such as clearance or final sale items) may not be eligible for return.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
Unaltered and undamaged
Returned with original packaging and all tags intact
Additional requirements:
An unboxing video or images may be required to verify product condition.
3. VALID REASONS FOR RETURNS
Returns or exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
Defective or damaged product
Incorrect item received
Size or fit issues
4. RETURN PROCESS
Initiate Request
Submit your return or exchange request via your account or return portal.
Provide Details
Enter your order details and select the reason for return.
Upload images/videos if required (mandatory for defective or incorrect items).
Approval
Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
Pickup / Shipment
Once approved, pickup will be scheduled within 1–3 working days or instructions will be provided for shipping the item back.
Quality Check (QC)
Returned items undergo a quality inspection. Only approved items will be processed further.
5. QUALITY CHECK (QC) CONDITIONS
Returns may be rejected if:
The item shows signs of use
The item has been washed, altered, or damaged
The item carries perfume or any strong odor
Tags or packaging are missing
If rejected, the product will be shipped back to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. REFUND OPTIONS
Depending on the case, refunds may be issued as:
a) Original Payment Method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
Bank processing timelines may vary (up to 10–15 days)
b) Store Credit (if applicable)
Valid for a limited period from date of issue
May be issued in specific cases or promotions
c) Cash on Delivery Orders
Refunds are processed via bank transfer after receiving valid account details
Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
7. EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Replacement items will be shipped to your original address at no additional cost
If the requested size is unavailable, a return or refund option will be provided
8. RETURN CHARGES
Reverse pickup or return shipping charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of request
Applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount
9. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Only one return request per order may be allowed
Orders placed using store credit may not be eligible for further returns
International orders may not be eligible for return or exchange
10. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product:
We will arrange a pickup
The product may be repaired or replaced depending on availability
A corrected product will be delivered to you
11. IMPORTANT NOTES
Please ensure proper packaging while returning items
We recommend recording a video while handing over the return package
